Due to being a small shop creating handmade goods, please allow 1-3 weeks turnaround for orders. International shipping rates and transit duration are subject to higher shipping rates with more lead time, pending destination and potential custom entrance delays. Please note that we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can.

Please note: estimated delivery time is based from the day the order ships, not always the day it is placed.

Unfortunately, we can't hand-deliver every single package, so any delays due to weather, holidays, or anything else are out of our control. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is in on the way!

Refund Policy

We do our best to check all of our products and make sure that they are top quality. From time to time, a product will slip past us with a flaw. In the case that one of our items arrives to you damaged or defective, we will readily accept returns free of charge. A photo will be required to show us the defective product, and we must be contacted within a week of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a refund if no replacement can be made.

With the exception of items damaged during shipping (terms outlined above), all sales are final, no refunds.
